Terrible for Property Managers

I manage multiple homes on VRBO and this app is terrible. I can see my Inbox/requests but nothing else. There is no drop down menu for availability so when a client calls I have to go to the website on a computer since everyone you type in the URL on a mobile device it automatically opens this worthless app. Make it so I can actually manage my property/properties from this app. There has been enough discussion about added fees so nothing to add to that

I couldnt log in at first. Not sure why I had to verify my phone again. Other apps persist the username and password.

Awful

This app is awful. I continuously have problems. I have sent numerous emails for help and I never hear from them. I do not receive notifications when I receive an inquiry even though all my notifications are turned on. I can request payment from through the app, only from a desktop.

Convenient but Glitchy

Not glitch free, at times when I try to "Accept" reservation and payment the app freezes with the spinning wheel. If I go to the website, the reservation has been accepted but for me to use the app, I have to close it and wait a bit and reopen. The new edit function is limited. For example, I can add or edit photos but not my rates. Owner App needs work.
