The app is convenient to manage the inquires, but can be slow transmitting the request from the traveller, Ive notice in some that some delay between the web version and the app, up to 12h to get the same info, the issue is that you can miss some business due to late response. Any way Im sure (hope) the will improve this.

Absolutely the BEST!

We have our vacation rental property listed on all the major sites, but theres no dispute that the VRBO app is the absolute best, in terms of ease of use and communication. We, also, find that most of our inquiries and bookings come from VRBO. We love the smartphone-friendly features and, honestly, couldnt have a vacation rental property business without the help of the VRBO owner app!

Hate having to sign in every time

Every time I go to use the app I have to sign in again - even if its just a few minutes after my last use. There should be an option to stay logged in, or at least a much easier sign in process.

Wheres my notifications?

There are no longer any notifications from the app. All are on in settings. Much prefer the notification bubble on home screen! Thumbs down :(

Has potential

I hate having to log in every time I open the app and there is no Touch ID support. I cannot search for a guest Templates are not separated by property and they all show up. At this point I cannot use this app.

One of the worst apps I have used

The app will automatically turn off while I am in the middle of a sentence. To block dates you have to add in unnecessary details. Too complicated all you need is Calendar update, respond, accept & decline reservation simple!

Pessima app-very bad app

Many times it doesnt work properly. In the past the prices showed were not correct. The ready answers are only in Italian so you have to spend a lot of time to rewrite them in the desired language (English). Better the classic version of the site also for mobiles.

All I can do is respond to basic guest inquiries. Nothing like the desktop version. Cant even access my owner listing. My guests have a better view of our listing! Pretty awful.

No iPad app??? RIDICULOUS

Home away and vrbo are ONLY about sucking money from owners and travelers. For there to be no iPad app when they charge userous fees, is greedy, despicable and ridiculous

Could this app get any worse??

This app used to be good but over the last year it has gone downhill. First they split the app into an owner app and a traveler app. So now I need to have two apps on my phone doing exactly the same thing I used to be able to do with one app. You would think that that would mean it would be easier to make improvement since there is less code per app. Unfortunately not. This app now wont stay logged in to my account. Wont let me log back in with Touch ID. I have to enter my email address and password about every other time I try to do something in this app. Time to switch to a more competent group of people and a better platform. Airbnb here I come.

Needs some fixes

Constantly have to re enter user name and password. Not always getting notifications. I pride myself in getting back to inquiries within 10 minutes, but recently notifications have not been showing up. I hope these issues are corrected soon.

No more access notifications!!!

I like the notifications when a potential traveler wants to book a stay. However, VRBO decided it was necessary to give me 12 (TWELVE) notifications in one day to give a guest access for a stay 16 days out. My guests arent required to pay their remaining balance until 7 days out. These started at 1:00AM, again at 4:00AM, and didnt stop until 10:55PM. I always keep my phone by my bed with my ringer on in case a guest needs something, and i like the app so I can respond to inquiries...but this is outrageous.

Doesnt Support Apple Watch

Prior version had support for Apple Watch. For some reason this version does not. Very annoying.

UNABLE TO CORRECT NUMBERS OF BATHROOMS

Our home in INCORRECTLY appears as a four bedroom with only ONE bathroom. We have FOUR BATHROOMS + OUTDOOR SHOWER. When users search using filter of # of bathrooms, we are eliminated from all searches above ONE bathroom. Ive spent several painful hours trying to correct this and am still waiting for Tech Support to get back to me. In a time when searches are done primarily on phones using an app, this has damaged my ability to rent.

Latest update reverted to bad habits

When I first got this app, it was such that I had to login EVERYTIME I opened it. It was fixed in revisions but now that annoying requirement is back with the latest revision. PLEASE FIX!!!

Notifications Are Broken

Notifications are now broken. A notification sound will be made, but the notification only rarely shows on screen and NEVER shows up in Notification Center. Badges dont show up on the icon, either. Notifications of inquiries and reservation requests are the whole reason for this app -- and they dont work.
